Grand Designs 2018

Grand Designs returned to ExCel London for another successful and popular event. Highlights of the 2018 show included the Grand Theatre, for an inspirational seminar or debate with the face of Grand Designs – Kevin McCloud, amongst many more industry experts.

Other features of the event included Interior Room Sets, Design and Build Forums, hundreds of Exhibitors and opportunities to discuss and plan projects in the ‘Ask an Expert’ zone.

Gainsborough Events Management Ltd have enjoyed a long and well-established relationship with the event Organisers and value the opportunity to be a part of the Team.

Gainsborough’s staff provided event experience, teamed with Venue knowledge and a commitment to Customer service.

Our Front of House staff offer a unique and professional service, welcoming Visitors whilst ensuring a safe and happy environment.

Mobile Patrol staff assist with various requests and requirements, showing a diverse and experienced service.

The Gainsborough Team were proud to be involved with a brand-new Event in our current portfolio.

The Retail umbrella covers three equally popular divisions, from Retail Business Technology Expo to Retail Design Expo and retail Digital Signage Expo.

Each contributing to a successful and cutting-edge event.

Retail Business Technology has Global popularity in the retail and hospitality sector, the event provides tools, advice and solutions for a variety of organisations within the Industry.

Retail Design Expo is Europe’s leading event for retail design, marketing, branding, visual merchandise and architecture. The event boasts a range of design, marketing, lighting, fixtures and fittings along with a free conference programme and guest speakers.

London Bookfair 2018

London Bookfair offers a platform within the Publishing Industry and provides access to various Conferences, Seminar Programs and the chance to Network with Industry experts. Not only is the Bookfair dynamic with regards to its content, it also provides visual stimulation, with professionally built stands

Ideal Home Show London 2018

Thousands of visitors poured through the doors of Olympia during Ideal Home Show London 2018 as the popular Event saw in its 110^th Anniversary!

Hundreds of Exhibitors showcased an array of household necessities, gadgets, fitness, hair & beauty, food, drink and more for every home.

The Super Theatre showcased its inspiring gardening and home renovation ideas to the enthralled audience. With the Event favourite – Show Homes putting into practice some of the current up and coming trends.

Room-sets provided interior innovative ideas and craft workshops allowed an interactive experience for the shows visitors.

2018 saw the return of the new Eat and Drink Festival, bringing a whole new experience to the Ideal Home Show.

Gainsborough Events Management are proud to be an integral part of the Ideal Home Show Team, providing a selection of Security, Stewarding and Management experience.

Our staff operated three busy Front of House areas, alongside dynamic patrol response teams, external queue control and crowd management, a busy and operational control room and internal queue management.

Having developed trusting and professional relationships with our Clients on site, Exhibitors and visitors the Gainsborough Team operate with an excellent knowledge of the event and its requirements.

The London Classic Car Show

The London Classic Car Show celebrated its fourth Year and continues to establish itself as one of the UK’s best Classic Car Events.

ExCel London once again hosted the popular Event for car lovers and enthusiasts from far and wide.

The Event offered a variety of Areas along with plenty to see and do, from The Getaway Car of your choice, Grand Theft Auto, Supaguard Theatre, Car Club Square and the chance to be in the Company of Motor sporting Legend Nigel Mansell.

The London Classic Car Show is a Day out to remember for all that attend.

Gainsborough Events Management are proud to be part of The London Classic Car Team, with 2018 being our first Year.

Our dedicated staff brought a wealth of Venue knowledge, alongside the willingness to adapt and learn the operations of a new Event.

Triathlon Show London

The Telegraph Triathlon Show has earned its place as the UK’s largest swimming, cycling and running Exhibition.
The popular Event welcomed over 300 Brands, Swim Coaching, Bike Arena, Events Village and various guest speakers including Sir Chris Hoy and Chrissie Wellington.

Gainsborough Events Management Ltd are proud to be a part of such a diverse and dynamic Event with our Staff offering a wealth of experience and covering a range of services from Event Control, Mobile Patrols, Access Control and Front of House.

Professional Beauty London 2018

Professional Beauty London is the biggest Industry Event in the UK and provides over 800 brands, favourite products, along with hundreds of exclusive show offers, live demonstrations and a chance to learn from the industry experts, all under one roof.
The Event saw hundreds of visitors, with something for everyone.

Gainsborough Events Management have been an integral part of the Professional Beauty Operation for over three Years; with our Staff having both Venue and Event knowledge and a commitment to continuing with a high level of service, whilst making continued improvements.

KBB 2018

KBB 2018 boasted a show floor bigger than ever, with even more Exhibitors, each showcasing ground breaking concepts and innovative ideas.
A Panel of Judges selected four winners for the 2018 Innovation Awards.
KBB saw thousands of visitors through its doors at Birmingham’s NEC, proving just how popular the Event is.

Gainsborough Events Management brought one half of its Team and Operational staff to the NEC for our first Year at KBB.
Despite the adverse weather conditions the Staff put all that they had into their performance on site, aiding the smooth running of the Event from Build-up, through to Show Open and into its final stages of Break down.

Gainsborough pride themselves on customer service, strengthening Client relationships and going the extra mile and the Team achieved all of this and more for KBB 2018.

Ecobuild 2018

Ecobuild 2018 is officially under new Management, the centrepiece of the Event being a comprehensive conference programme curated by top industry figures.
Eight ‘Futurebuild’ districts including different aspects of the environment including building performance, infrastructure and energy were included as well as workshops, speakers and an exhibitor zone.

Gainsborough Events Management Ltd provided various services to the event which were included Contractor Access, CDM Control and Patrol Officers.
Although the Gainsborough Team have previous experience with Ecobuild 2018 saw our first Year with a new Client.
Gainsborough enjoyed a successful Event and look forward to next Year.
