MCM Comic Con visited its second London event of 2019 as thousands upon thousands of visitors flocked through the doors of ExCel.
The October edition saw the return of show favourites including ‘The Comic Village’ ‘Panini UK’ ‘Cosplay Central’ ‘Pop Asia’ ‘Authors Corner’ and many more.
A variety of new features included Workshops which aimed at special guests, cosplay, publishing, anime, gaming TV and film along with the first public showing of the official Dreamworks Animation ‘Opus’ and The World of Watchmen.
Special guest Johnathan Ross hosted the brand-new Crunchyroll UK Premiere, being the World’s most popular anime brand as it headed to MCM to premiere screenings of two brand new anime programmes, not yet aired in Europe.
Show panels and signings were offered by special guests including Simon Pegg, Jason Mamoa, Roger Clark, Troy Baker and many more.

The queue control and wrist banding staff truly shine at Comic Con, conducting a fluid entry to the event, whilst ensuring a safe environment at all times, whilst all staff on the ground provide event wide assistance from our fully functioning Welfare Room to patrol teams and external security and control.
The Gainsborough Team look forward MCM Comic Con London 2020 and to the new challenges of MCM Comic Con Birmingham, as a new edition to our MCM catalogue of events.
