Senior Management Attend all Major Events

At least one Senior Manager from Gainsborough Events Management will attend and manage our operations at all major events.

At least one Events Manager and at least two Senior Supervisors will assist the Senior Manager. Other Supervisors will be assigned, from one to twenty staff.

A Senior Controller will be assigned for all major assignments to monitor operations, control Gainsborough’s radio communications and to co-ordinate Gainsborough’s operation with the event Organisers and Emergency Services.

Dependent on the event, various staff with specialist skills and experience will be engaged to lend their own particular field of expertise in areas such as Pitlane Work, Back Stage Security, Provision of Lifeguards etc.

Meet the Team

Kevin has been in the Security Industry for more than 24 Years with His experience beginning in the Manned Guarding sector, He quickly progressed into a Duty Manager role with a further promotion to Operations Manager just 18 months later.

Kevin moved into Events Security with Gainsborough, his role promoting from Operations Manager to Operations Director, He has enjoyed over 12 Years success to date. Kevin has formed trusting and strong relationships with Gainsborough’s existing Clients, whilst securing multiple new Contracts and endorsing a Personal approach with Staff, Venue and Clients.

Gainsborough have benefited from Kevin’s experience, dynamic planning and Management along with His dedication and commitment at every level. Kevin has gained the respect of Staff and Clients with his work ethic being second to none.

Lisa began her journey in the Security division with her position as Admin Assistant for a successful Man Guarding Company; Her role diversified to HR and Vetting Officer with quick succession.

Lisa’s experience was then lent to Gainsborough as She joined in a part time capacity over 2 Years ago. Her experience and wealth of knowledge was quickly recognised by Gainsborough and Lisa took on the role of Office Manager.

Since joining Gainsborough Lisa has developed diverse systems that have enabled the Company to achieve a compliant and organised structure. Her organisational abilities have maintained Gainsborough’s ACS status as well as offering dedicated and improved communication with Staff and Clients. Gainsborough continue to benefit hugely from Lisa’s addition to the Business.

Elliot joined the Gainsborough Team over 2 Years ago, bringing a variety of industry experience, from field based SIA Officer to Event Controller, the diversity of roles has enabled Elliot to operate in many situations with confidence and ability.

Shortly after joining Gainsborough Elliot was promoted to Operations Manager as the Company saw the immediate potential in his approach to the task at hand and his relationship with fellow members of Staff.

Elliot has now developed strong relationships with some of our biggest Clients and has shown his capability for leadership and responsibility. Elliot continues to grow with the Company, his experience developing with every Event.
